Become a Weather Spotter and a Skywarn Member If you are interested in becoming a Skywarn spotter click on the link below to the National Weather Service Web page in San Diego, then select 'become a Skywarn spotter' and follow the instructions. You will be sent a CD with the Skywarn spotter course (Power Point) from the National Weather Service. The CD will have a link for you to take the Skywarn online test from the NWS when you have completed the course.
